Martin Samuel, a member of our team since 2013, has a rich history with HawCweb, the pre-merged business started by Lawrence in 2004. Martin specializes in serving our school clients, dedicating over 50% of his working hours to on-site support at various school locations. Martin has honed unique skills required for managing school networks, where user lists often exceed 700 individuals, making them truly "big networks." Schools present unique challenges with constantly changing user requirements and a heavy reliance on media, sound, and projector systems. Martin has also developed an in-depth understanding of the School Administration software supplied by the Department of Education. He regularly assists in updates and problem-solving, often with minimal support from the developers.

Wayne Hart, a valued member of PC Square since 2016, brought with him a wealth of experience. Wayne is the epitome of an "all-rounder" and actively participates in all facets of our business. His primary focus lies in providing top-notch support, both remotely and on-site. Wayne is responsible for managing most of our SLA clients' remote support needs, staying updated on the latest hardware and software developments in our industry. Moreover, he boasts a strong sales portfolio and frequently collaborates with clients to identify the most cost-effective solutions.

Chad Harris, a dedicated member of the PC Square team since 2013, is our steadfast office manager. Over the years, Chad has amassed extensive experience in various accounting systems, including IQ, Pastel, and Revelation accounting. He regularly goes above and beyond to assist our clients with their day-to-day accounting software inquiries. Chad's approach to bookkeeping is characterized by a calm and conscientious demeanour. He plays a pivotal role in keeping the wheels of our office turning smoothly, ensuring that everyone is well-informed about their tasks and locations.
